Obama has deported 1,200,486 Hispanics and counting. By the end of his presidency in 2012, Obama will have deported more than 2,000,000 Hispanics/Latinos.
Ethnic Cleansing is the planned deliberate removal from a specific geographical area, persons of a particular ethnic group, by force or intimidation, in order to render that area ethnically homogenous.

Ethnic Cleansing is carried out by means of unconstitutional policing leading to arbitrary arrest and detention, assaults, confinement of civilian population, forcible removal, displacement and deportation of civilian population, deliberate policing or threats of attacks on civilians and civilian areas, and wanton destruction or confiscation of property.

These practices constitute crimes against humanity.

Part 3: Napolitano Responsible for Securing Border and Sea Ports from entry of nuclear weapons but for three years supposedly did not have knowledge of Arpaio's use of U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Secure Communities Program and ICE 287(g) used by Arpaio for unconstitutional policing which created a pervasive culture of bias used to abuse Hispanics' human rights using ethnic cleansing deportations. How can the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security secure the USA from terrorists smuggling nuclear weapons into America if she claimed no knowledge and turned a blind eye to Arpaio's reign of terror of Ethnic Cleansing.

 

The truth is Napolitano not only had direct knowledge of Arpaio using Secure Communities and DHS's ICE 287(g) but more so, Napolitano chose to protect and use Arpaio's Ethnic Cleansing of the Hispanic population in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

In addition, Arpaio abused and eliminated Hispanics with direct authority from Obama!

 

Napolitano and Obama were responsible and had executive oversight of Apaio's reign of terror of Ethnic Cleansing and did nothing to stop Arpaio for three years, the only conclusion is Napolitano and Obama condoned the Arpaio atrocities.
